The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me! I would like you to accompany me into the glorious world of ancient and medieval South India. The golden age between 100 CE to 1400 CE saw the rise and fall of many powerful kingdoms in South and Central India. Till I started reading more about history (when I started writing my Historical Romance novel set in South India), I had only heard of the Cholas, Cheras, Pandyas and Pallavas. Now I am discovering the Gangas, the Rashtrakutas, the Paramaras, the Chalukyas, the Nolambas and more! I have discovered Manyakheta, Talakadu and Taguduru! The stories of these long-ago men and women live on all around us – if we only know how and where to look!
